The draft linen plan has finally been submitted to Wagga Wagga City Council. Once the plans have been thoroughly checked over, and providing no issues are identified, we anticipate the plans will be sent off to The Lands Titles Office in Sydney for registration, hopefully within the next 3 weeks. …
The road linking Brindabella Drive and Plumpton Road has been completed. It wont be too much longer before it is open for you to cruise along on. Works are continuing on the gas infrastructure and the water retention basin and we expect all services to be completed within a month …
The roads are progressing much to our delight, with the bitumen sealing complete. Weather pending (we hope those clouds aren’t anything to worry about), the bitumen will go down very soon. It is all coming together now!
The kerb and guttering is in and the engineers have advised the roads should be sealed within four weeks…providing the rain stays away. It is all coming together now.
